Why Bon Air
Tracy chose to build her life and her business in Bon Air, and the reason is simple: living in Bon air makes it easy to live and do real estate local (hello off-market transactions!). It’s also idyllic. Bon Air started as a resort. In the late 1800s, wealthy Richmonders came out here for the breezes and higher ground, enough that the name stuck. Bon Air means good air in French. That history still shows in the mix of Victorian homes, mid-century ranches, and newer construction along its tree-lined streets.
