  • Tracy is a mom of 2, a dog lover, and a fashionista at heart (with a degree in fashion merchandising from VCU). While her day job is real estate agent, in her heart she is an advocate for her community (Bon Air) and supporting local businesses.

  • Because every recommendation we make, whether it's a lender, a stager, or a contractor, comes from someone we've actually worked with. We're not tied to a corporate playbook or a preferred vendor list. We choose our partners the same way we choose to live here: because we trust them, and because this community is where we've built our reputation.

  • Bon Air is home base, but Tracy works with buyers and sellers across Greater Richmond and Central Virginia. If you're not sure whether your neighborhood is in range, ask. Chances are it is.

  • Absolutely. You can email Tracy and she will send over her list of preferred vendors. Most are local businesses and all are personally trusted by Tracy and her team at TKG.

  • The support doesn't stop at the closing table. Tracy stays in touch with market updates, local recommendations, and invitations to TKG's client events throughout the year, so the relationship keeps going long after the sale is final.
