2. No Brokerage Relationship Is Created

  • Using this Site, reading its content, or sending a message through the contact form does not create an agency or brokerage relationship between you and Tracy Kerzanet or TKG.

  • Under Virginia law, a brokerage relationship starts only when both parties sign a written brokerage agreement.
